🔴#السؤال : من إحتلم ولم يستطيع الاغتسال لصلاة الفجر بسبب البرد الشديد ولم يتيسر له الماء الدافئ، فما الحكم ؟
🟢#الجواب : الواجب عليه إذا لم يتيسر له الماء الدَّافئ ولا اللباس أن يتيمم بالتراب: يضرب الترابَ بيديه بنية الجنابة ونية الحدث الأصغر –الوضوء- ويمسح وجهه وكفَّيه ناويًا الجنابة والوضوء جميعًا، ويُصلي على حسب حاله، ولا يُؤخِّر الصلاة أبدًا، وإذا أخَّرها أثم، وعليه الغسل، ويقضي الصلاة التي عليه، لكن يلزمه أن يُصلي في الوقت ولو بالتيمم، وإذا أمكنه أن يُسخن الماء وأن يجد الملبس الذي يُعينه على الدفء وجب عليه ذلك، وإلا صلَّى بالتيمم ولا يُؤخِّر الصلاة عن وقتها.
